Indianapolis, Indiana. — October 11, 2026 — Tracie Meyer, MSN, AG-ACNP, an Indianapolis Nurse Practitioner, ADHD specialist and founder of ADHD Life Medical Associates, has been featured in KNOW Chicago, Volume 2, a curated print and digital publication recognizing women to know in Chicago. Her profile appears on page 41 of the Health & Wellness section. Meyer joined fellow honorees at the Volume 2 launch celebration on September 25, 2026.
Meyer brings more than 20 years of experience in medicine and a lifetime of personal experience with ADHD. Diagnosed later in life, she understood firsthand why she had spent years working harder than anyone could see. Watching her own children face similar challenges led her to found ADHD Life Medical Associates.
"Stop trying to outsmart your brain. Start understanding it," said Meyer. "Find the why, then change the how. ADHD care should be more than a diagnosis and a pill."
A different model for ADHD and performance
Most ADHD care stops at a diagnosis and a prescription. ADHD Life Medical Associates was built around the ADHD Performance Medical Model, which connects cognitive insight, executive-function coaching and, when appropriate, medical care into one personalized pathway.
The practice serves children, teens, college students, adults, professionals and families whose potential doesn't always match their day-to-day performance. An ADHD diagnosis is not required.
Key services highlighted in the feature include:
ADHD Life Signature Performance & Cognitive Assessment — a non-medical assessment, available nationwide for ages 8 and up, that helps people understand how they think, learn and perform, and identify strengths and areas of friction. It is not an ADHD diagnosis.
Academic & Cognitive Advantage Program — an interactive learning and performance program that helps students understand how they learn and build strategies that work with their brains, with support for parents too.
Medical ADHD services — medical evaluation and treatment for patients ages 13 and up, available in Indiana only.
We've spent too long asking people to work harder to fit systems that may not reflect how they think, learn or perform best. Real change means creating environments where different ways of thinking can become strengths.
