We’re a private-pay practice — on purpose.
Cognitive testing with comprehensive medical evaluations are rarely covered by insurance, so we simplified it: transparent pricing, no surprise bills for services your plan wouldn’t have covered. Superbills are available on request, and we encourage you to submit them to your HSA or FSA for reimbursement.

What to expect, plainly.
Who can be seen here?
Indiana residents, ages 13 and up, in person in Fishers or by telehealth anywhere in Indiana — including both adult ADHD and teen ADHD evaluations.
Does the cognitive testing diagnose learning disabilities?
We screen for learning differences — we don't diagnose learning disabilities, which requires a psychologist or other qualified specialist. Most people don't need that further step. If a concern comes up, we'll refer you to trusted partners at a lower cost, or a free evaluation through your school district, so you only pay for testing you actually need.
With your full medical evaluation, our medical providers are also analyzing your results to screen for other neurologic conditions — including evidence of prior brain injury such as stroke or post-concussion syndrome, and more.
How many appointments to a diagnosis?
Two. First, we see how your brain works ($399) — an ADHD screening through cognitive assessment. Then a 90-minute medical history, diagnosis, and treatment-plan appointment ($499) — led by a provider trained specifically in ADHD. $898 total covers the full cost of ADHD testing here, so you leave with diagnostic clarity, not just a label.
Is coaching an extra cost?
No. Coaching is included with every follow-up visit, whether you're paying as you go or join our upcoming Concierge Care membership.
Payment & documentation. Payment is due at the time of service; we don't offer payment plans. Superbills are available on request for HSA/FSA reimbursement or submission to your insurance.
