This test can be done with a referral from your PCP, with results sent directly to them, or as an existing client of ADHD Life Medical Associates with a follow-up appointment for interpretation and treatment planning. With the MindPrint Cognitive Assessment, you get personalized academic recommendations based off your child’s learning profile, screening for giftedness, and learning disabilities such as dyslexia and auditory processing disorder. Propelled by a research grant from the National Institute of Health, and developed by the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine in collaboration with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. In one hour, this test measures the core domains of executive functioning, complex reasoning, memory, and speed.

Complete the intake paperwork sent to your email prior to your first appointment. If you are doing MindPrint cognitive testing, ensure your child takes the test 48 hours prior to your appointment. Further instructions sent to your email.

Depending on your appointment type, you may be asked to initially be seen in person vs telehealth. You can plan on leaving your first appointment with a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs. .
Continued Support
After your initial in-person consultation, you have the flexibility to transition to virtual sessions for your convenience.
We want you to know that your practitioner is always here for you. Whether it's an ADHD-related question or concern, they are more than willing to help and provide a safe space for you and your family.
You'll find us on the Second Floor of the Switch Building, in the first office on the right. Our primary entrance is located at the back of the building off Municipal Drive (look for the water fountain). We are kitty-corner to Another Broken Egg.
